Food is important in the Ebbenjarka experience. Our exclusive menu features ingredients from the food store that is Norrbotten, from our forests and waters. Use it to compose a meal, or ask us for a suggestion based on your wishes. For our conference meals, we serve traditional Swedish cooking at its best. We have our own kitchen and give meticulous care to food preparation.
At Ebbenjarka we import wine ourselves – and Ebbenjarka is fully licensed, naturally.
